The Superior Overdrive-Lockout Kit for GM 4L60E and 4L80E transmissions is designed for vehicle applications that are extreme overloaded on a daily basis, and for durability purposes are best kept out of overdrive. The lockout switch when activated will disallow fourth gear. The coast clutch will apply for more strength when in lockout mode. This insures the vehicle will not be operated in its weakest position, even when multiple drivers use it. With the switch in the off position, complete normal operation is resumed.
