This input shaft Teflon ring installer tool is made from heavy duty stainless steel in the United States by Adapt-A-Case. It is designed specifically for 4T60/4T65E transmission applications. All you have to do is place the expander tool over the shaft, slide rings over the expader and into place. Then carefully place the resizer tool over the rings and leave in place for a few minutes. When set you will have perfectly sized and in place input shaft Teflon rings.
