This is a high quality E4OD/4R100 transmission upper and lower valve body spacer plate gasket set and works with Ford E4OD/4R100 transmission models between 1996 and 2005.  We offer both upper valve body plate gaskets in this set to help match up exactly what you have in this year range.

These gaskets are the thicker updated designed gaskets to correct common cross leak issues from occurring.

E4OD Gaskets Included

(1) Lower Valve Body Gasket (Blue Stripe) 1996-2005

  • There has been a change to this E4OD spacer plate gasket.  The upper left hand corner and the lower right hand corner previously had two .595'' diameter holes.  These holes have been removed as they did not serve any purpose.  

(1) Upper Valve Body Gasket (Orange Stripe) 1996-E1997

(1) Upper Valve Body Gasket L1997-2005

    Very High Quality Gasket Set

    This valve body gasket set worked perfectly, on my 1996 Ford F-150 Pickup, with 300 straight 6 engine, and E4OD transmission. I've owned this truck for 20 years, and it never shifted this smoothly. I also had to replace the shift solenoid pack, which had gone bad recently. The corner of the lower gasket tore off, when I dropped the solenoid pack out. In comparing these new gaskets to the originals, they definitely appear to be of higher quality than the OEM gaskets. They are visibly thicker. My truck is running and shifting like a dream now!! Thanks Global!!
