This is a heavy duty upgraded steel pump boost valve, manufactured in the USA by Superior Transmission Parts, for use in Ford's AODE and 4R70W automatic transmissions. Replaces worn out OE aluminum valves this hardened steel valve will take the abuse you can give it. Proper tolerance is assured at the bore mating surfaces.
